Looking Up

After a particularly hard junior year, my senior year was the light at the end of the tunnel. I began to look for music therapy internships, I took classes that interested me, and I worked in practicum sessions that reignited my love for music therapy. During the first semester, I attended the National Music Therapy conference in Minneapolis, MN. I also applied to several internships. Although I got rejected by a couple, I was able to accept an internship. I also made the Dean's list, continued to work at Technology Services, and worked on my honors thesis. Unfortunately, my senior year was cut short on campus because of the COVID-19 pandemic. I had to leave my friends and the place I called home suddenly, but I finished my last semester of coursework strong.

Camp is great with my fave 🥓

Summer of 2019 I returned to camp. This summer, I took more of a leadership role and was on the administrative team as the Waterfront Director. I would not trade my time at camp for anything.

Senior Season

During the fall of my senior year, my sorority had an event where we raised money in memory of a sister who had passed. My big and grandbig both came to the event. This is our first full family stack! I have made so many cherished memories with this group of women.

Hi Stanley!!!💙💛💙

I am a huge Blues Hockey fan! In 2019 the Blues finally won the Stanley Cup! The cup traveled to Springfield and I was able to see it after waiting in line for several hours. This is a moment that hockey fans dream of.

Adding to the Fam

My Great-Grandlittle for my sorority got her own little in the spring. It is bittersweet that my time with my GGGLittle was cut short, but I am so lucky to be surrounded by a group of women who constantly lift me up.

Saying Goodbye

Unfortunately, due to the pandemic, I had to pack up and leave Drury suddenly. I took a picture in this pose at the end of my freshman year, never expecting that my Drury experience would end the way that it did. Although I am still upset about the way my year ended, I am grateful for the memories that Drury provided me.

Conference Presentation

I was lucky that the MWRAMTAS conference moved online, so I was able to present my senior thesis! During this weekend, I was able to attend the MWRAMTA professional conference and the MWRAMTAS student conference from the comfort of my own home. I was also elected the Vice President of the MWRAMTAS regional board, which is a huge accomplishment for me!
