Finding A Place
Before coming to Drury, I never really felt like I had a place. Sure, I was super involved in high school and made good grades and all of that stuff, but I never really had my group of people. When I came to Drury, everything changed. I found a group of friends that I can depend on. I found a Sorority that is full of women who support me and challenge me to be the best part of myself. My first year was really defined by finding a place in the Drury community, and, through that, finding myself.
Joining Kappa Delta Sorority
August 30, 2016
This was the first step in my journey in finding my place at Drury. I was instantly welcomed into a family that cares for me and loves me. I made 42 new friends, and sisters, that day. Through Kappa Delta as a first year student I have had the opportunity to serve as Assistant Vice President Community Service. I helped to plan events for our local and national philanthropies, Prevent Child Abuse America and Girl Scouts of USA.
Yay Dogs

Therapy dogs came to campus. This is the grumpiest old dog and I loved her. I got to put her coat on her.
Badge Day 2017
March 06, 2017
This was on International Badge Day. International Badge Day is when all women in NPC Sororities wear their badges to show their pride. It helps to bring all of the women on campus in sororities to come together. On my campus, we had a ceremony where seniors reflect on their time in college and in a sorority.
Back to my Passions
May 26, 2017
Girls Scouts has always been one of my biggest passions. I was extremely fortunate to get to serve Girl Scouts as a camp counselor the summer between my freshman and sophomore year. Girl Scouts gave me the opportunity to be a more confident individual, to grow my strengths and passions, and to give back to my community in ways I would not have been able to. I am so fortunate to get to have experience something awesome like Girl Scouts.
